Simply Better Care was established from a desire to deliver quality in-home care services to NDIS participants. We saw a need for better care for Logan residents who relied on NDIS support simply so they could live a more enjoyable and satisfying life.

Our team is experienced in caring for people with physical disability, mental illness and intellectual disability, and have been looking after our clients with brain injury, motor neuron disease, spinal injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, dementia, anxiety disorder, and complex behavioural challenges. We have trained Assistant Nurses, Enrolled and Registered Nurses in our team who will listen to you and understand you.

Our approach is to plan with you, together as a team, and to do everything exactly the way you prefer, and you are most comfortable with. Our goal is to ensure you receive the better quality care you deserve, simple.

Our Nurse Team Leader, and one of the key personnel in the business, has been working in the industry for over a decade. During this time, she had observed things within the care industry that were concerning her; such as:

• a lack in the quality of care being provided
• disproportional stress on the workers while delivering services
• constantly being under resourced and
• an exorbitant amount charged to the private care recipients putting them and their families under financial stress.

We noticed a common trend whereby support workers were experiencing low morale as they were rarely recognised for their work. This also reflected on the experience participants were receiving while interacting with their support workers.

Simply Better Care recognised this as an opportunity to deliver care for people who deserve better quality care.

​We undertook in-depth market research, interviewed support workers and participants to reaffirm there is a huge demand in the industry for personalised, quality care delivered by motivated, experienced, and passionate care workers.

​The major providers are not unaware of this, they just find it difficult to shift their focus from profit generation to being client-centered with quality improvement.

​That is why we have decided to start lean and planned moderate growth. Our core focus is on building the team while maintaining and improving the quality service we are committed to.

We believe in the philosophy of a unified, satisfied team comprised of NDIS participants, support workers, and management.

​Through engagement and collaboration we will proactively identify gaps in service delivery, analyse those gaps, implement a remedy and measure their effectiveness.

​Our Business Manager is from an Account Management and Customer Service background who is working as a team facilitator and care co-ordinator in Simply Better Care. He is leveraging community relationships, growing those relationships through networking and through contribution in the community.
